Let us know how we’re doing
In the spirit of transparency and with a desire to provide the best service possible, Deafinite Interpreters recognises the importance of feedback from both the service users and service providers.
This is the reason behind the establishment of the Deaf Advisory Group. This group is made up of self-elected representatives from the Deaf community that use our service. The group meets once a quarter to give feedback, share ideas and support our overall ethos.
This is a voluntary group but we do pay travel expenses. Members don’t have to attend every meeting. If you are interested in becoming a representative simply attend one of the meetings. Dates for these events can be found in the news / events section.
Anyone can become a member as long as you use interpreters!
